Our diverse curriculum offers the timeless nature of traditional wisdom shared in a new light of modern context. We encourage questions, perspectives and always, ALWAYS curiosity. Our goal is to support you to take this personally…in a good way!
Our philosophy exchanges cookie cutter molds and rigid formulas for a playful, inclusive approach to yoga’s deep knowledge. Grounded in neuroscience, trauma informed principles and honest inquiry, this training has been lovingly curated to support you in cultivating your inner compass as well as your authentic voice as a teacher.
Your journey will begin with 4 weeks of guided home study led by Jacq St. Pierre for a well mapped out entry into the vast terrain of yoga. The basics of meditation , pranayama, sun salutations, foundational alignment, anatomy, as well as ayurveda will be explored so you’ll have a solid foundation coming into our physical community in Bali.
Cole and Kimberly will be awaiting you in the fertile lands of Bali to grow, move, and deepen into the embodied experience of the practice. Days will consist of morning sadhana (daily group practice), integrative workshops, lots of practice teaching and philosophical investigations . This is a highly experiential training so you will be learning by doing!
Our days will be full but fluid. We’ll gather a collective rhythm of study + rest.
We have chosen a hybrid model for this training so that it allows each student to begin (first four weeks) moving at a pace that fits the ever shifting reality of daily routines, carving out time that fits personal schedules while brewing joyful anticipation of gathering for the tropical immersion (last two weeks), where we weave all the threads together.

Through our own years of study and varied backgrounds of practice and life, we offer you an integrative and accessible approach to the art of living your yoga. We are honored to be your guides through this work and plan to go in exploring right beside you. We aspire to help you make this practice personal and uncover your authentic voice and teaching style because
we don’t want you to teach like us, we want you to teach like you!
Our training home is only a cruisy 20 min drive from Bali’s cultural center of Ubud. It’s nestled amongst lush green rice paddies lined with palm trees, providing a nurturing environment conducive to deep inner work. It’s spacious with plenty of room to roam while still being in community.
After waking up to Balinese bird song and the sun sharing its generous warmth, we’ll meander into the shala for our morning meditation and movement practice. We’ll break for tropical fruit, tea (and coffee don’t worry!) before coming back to delve into using our own voices in our daily practice teaching component, which is so vital for gaining fluency and confidence as a teacher.
After a big lunch and maybe a massage, we’ll gather again to immerse in lectures and group discussion, deepening understanding around holding space, philosophy and sequencing methodology. Then a sweet close to the day with a circle, dinner and time for rest and reflection.
