Sadhana, Ritual, Ayurveda

For all of time, across all cultures, we’ve been marking endings and beginnings with ritual practice. Learn how to use ritual as an authentic spiritual practice in your daily life.

Bhakti Yoga

Light the path for a truly sustainable practice that is personal to you by reflecting on your own relationship to devotion. What is devotion? How do we cultivate it? How do we nurture it?

Pranayama + Meditation

Immerse in the experience of presence through stillness, movement, breathwork, and chanting. We offer you a cross disciplinary approach (buddhist, vedic, tantric, and more) so you can build a personally inspiring connection to your own practice by using what works for you and leaving the rest.

Asana, Anatomy, Advanced Sequencing

Learn different sequencing approaches and strategies to keep yourself and your students feeling fresh. Deepen and refresh your understanding of the physical body to support an autonomous, lifelong asana practice.

Business of Yoga

It’s not sexy but it’s important! We’ll explore best practices for a sustainable teaching career.  Tax prep, budgeting, successful collaborations, retreat planning, online yoga teaching, and more.

Yoga Mentorship Project

Consider this your limitless space to create! Want to start a retreat, a training? A specialized yoga program? Let’s make it happen. Embark on your self-guided project to take your idea from a seed and grow it into fruition while having our guidance and support along the way.

Buddhist + Tantric Philosophy

The more we study the philosophy of these poignant and inspiring traditions, the more they become woven into the fabric of our daily lives. Spend time in satsang, unpacking and applying deep wisdom into your practice, your life, and your teachings.

Yin + Meridian Theory

Experience a full practice for each of the 10 major meridian pairings through the lens of Yin Yoga. We’ll begin with a short review of the basics of Yin before moving to an in depth study of Rebound practice and each of the 5 elements. Expect rejuvenation and a remembering of the importance of ease.

Storytelling + Weaving the Theme

The history of yoga is rich with tales of discovering our essential truth. These thought provoking and meaningful stories infuse our practice with depth and personal relationship. Learn to use history, myth, and storytelling as a way to bring the practice to life, both for personal development and to foster your students’ own connection with their practice.

The Nervous System, PolyVagal Theory, Emotional Literacy

Explore the self through 4 different pathways: Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, and Biological. These new and familiar views give you a fresh perspective from which to approach your teachings and the way you care for yourself.

Addiction, Body Image, Trauma Informed Teaching

As we dive deeper into the brain and the body connection, you’ll uncover a truly holistic approach to craving, attachment, and desire – aka suffering.  Explore the ecologies of both trauma + resilience and how each shows up individually, collectively and intergenerationally.

Social Equity in Yoga

This exploration embodies honesty and non-violence to support the investigation of social inequity and systems of oppression both on and off the mat. We’ll learn what it means to truly practice radical inclusion in the classroom, our lives, our minds, and our hearts.

This training is for you if you’re…

Learning to be present with yourself and to abide in that which is steady and comfortable does not allow space for self-judgment. When you live this way, you are practicing yoga: you are living fully.

–Judith Hanson Lasater

Through our own years of study and varied backgrounds of practice & life, we offer you an integrative & accessibly approach to the art of living your yoga. We aspire to help you make this practice personal and uncover your authentic voice& teaching style because we don’t want you to teach like us, we want you to teach like you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to have completed 200hr training to take this course?

No. Very dedicated students are welcome to join. Please send us an email for more info!

What kind of workload can I expect?

Outside of our scheduled live zoom sessions and recorded lectures, you can expect to spend 2-5 hours per module on your homework. You will be busy AND we’ve structured our curriculum in a way to also make space for life.

How much of the training is pre-recorded vs live on zoom?

Each module will vary slightly, but more than half of the training is always live. Being live together is extremely valuable and we utilize this format as much as possible. We know that everyone learns differently, so we aim to deliver our content and integration in varied ways.

What are the graduation requirements?

To complete the course with your 300hr certificate, you must complete all required hours including lecture, homework, group work, and recorded lectures.

Can I just take certain modules?
Sure! If you aren’t ready to sign up for the full course, you are welcome to join only the units that interest you for personal development. You will still be eligible for your 300hr certificate if you choose to complete all hours even at your own pace. They do not have to be done concurrently.
What is the attendance policy?

You are responsible for attending all the live classes you are able to, but we know life is still happening outside of training and you’ll have space to make up hours you have missed. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to miss a session so that we can plan accordingly. You have 2 weeks after the course to complete any missing assignments and hours.

Do you have payment plans?

Absolutely! It is important that our training is accessible to as many folks as possible. Please reach out to us to arrange a payment plan that works for you.

Do you have scholarships?
We want to make our training as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you want to attend, but cost is a real barrier, or you are experiencing disadvantage or hardship, you can apply for a scholarship. Our scholarships are for those in underserved, under-resourced, and underrepresented communities or situations, BIPOC, LBGTQ+, and those in early recovery or needing support in their recovery journey.
