We’ll uncover how yoga comes alive for YOU—because your unique relationship to the practice is what makes it meaningful. From that foundation, you’ll explore how it can be fostered into sharing with others.
Through a diverse curriculum rooted in multiple wisdom lineages and perspectives, we honor that there’s no single “right” way to move, think, feel or teach. Instead, we offer a broad lens to help you find your own honest expression.
This training isn’t about memorizing rules—it’s about deepening your relationship with yoga and discovering how to share it authentically with others. We invite you to take it personally… in the best way!
We honor the roots of yoga while embracing its evolving forms, offering devotion without dogma, which creates ample space for authenticity and expression.
Moving beyond rigid formulas and rote learning, we blend the grounded insights of neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and social equity with the heart opening potency of mythology, Buddhism, and the reverence of Bhakti. We aim to create an inclusive, deep and playful exploration of yoga’s vast potential.

Our training home is located in the heart of South Austin and is a cruisy 15 min drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. It’s a true gem nestled amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. When you walk down the quiet tree-lined path to our sacred space, the energy truly shifts, providing a nurturing environment conducive to deep inner work. It’s spacious with plenty of room to roam while still being in community.
Surrounded by lush greenery and an onsite organic cafe, our space feels like a mini retreat center right in the middle of the city. With outdoor nooks perfect for journaling or sipping tea between sessions, and cozy corners to connect with fellow trainees, the space holds and supports deep learning, connection, and rest. It’s the kind of place that you never want to leave!
Beyond our onsite whole plant cafe, we’re close to loads of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. There are plenty of accommodation options nearby—from simple to fancy—Airbnbs, hotels, and more, so you can choose what fits you best.
By the time we meet in Austin, you’ll already know each other from our weeks of online study. Some of you might even want to share a place—and definitely make the most of ridesharing!
