200 Yoga Teacher TraininG

ASANA - EMBODIMENT - EXPRESSION VIRTUAL

January 17 - March 11th, 2026

Enter into a journey of depth & curiosity through embodied asana, engaged spirituality, somatic wisdom & collective inquiry.

In our foundational 200 hour training,

we’ll uncover how yoga comes alive for YOU—because your unique relationship to the practice is what makes it meaningful. From that foundation, you’ll explore how it can be fostered into sharing with others.

Through a diverse curriculum rooted in multiple wisdom lineages and perspectives, we honor that there’s no single “right” way to move, think, feel or teach. Instead, we offer a broad lens to help you find your own honest expression.

This training isn’t about memorizing rules—it’s about deepening your relationship with yoga and discovering how to share it authentically with others. We invite you to take it personally… in the best way!

We honor the roots of yoga while embracing its evolving forms, offering devotion without dogma, which creates ample space for authenticity and expression.

Moving beyond rigid formulas and rote learning, we blend the grounded insights of neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and social equity with the heart opening potency of mythology, Buddhism, and the reverence of Bhakti. We aim to create an inclusive, deep and playful exploration of yoga’s vast potential.

Module 2 builds upon our foundational knowledge as we begin to bring it all to life!! To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work

– Mary Oliver

Module 3

January 17th to March 11th

Module 3 is where we walk the talk! We’ll take our philosophical study to the next level, applying it to our own lives and practice through deep self reflection and grow our facilitation skills to be able to lead group classes with meaningful inspiration and purpose! While we do learn to teach yoga, our journey here reaches far beyond instructing poses. You’ll use your newfound knowledge and inspiration to personalize your own practice so that it becomes a lifelong well of inspiration from which to share.

Continue along virtually with Jacq and other inspiring guest teachers for bi weekly meetings and study group sessions. Here is where your creativity blossoms! Begin to craft classes, find your unique voice, and develop your personal sadhana (daily practice). Whether you choose to become a yoga teacher or to live your yoga as a way of life, this is fertile ground for big shifts in your inner and outer worlds!

What to expect in this training…

What is this training NOT?

Open possibilities ahead...

Whether you plan to teach, are more interested in deepening your personal practice, or are somewhere in between, this training will be a rich and diverse investigation. You will leave equipped with the understanding of the fundamental roots of yoga, how they can support you on your path of life and studentship, as well as how to share it with others from the ever evolving seat of a teacher.

Not only will you get familiar with the foundational elements of this diverse practice, but we will also explore the wisdom and beauty of Bhakti yoga, Buddhism, social equity, Ayurveda, and trauma aware approaches to teaching.

You don’t need an advanced level of yoga practice to participate in the program, what you gain relies not on your physical experience or how flexible you are, but on the curiosity and the willingness you bring. We invite you to embark on what we hope is just the beginning of a life long exploration.

As we explore the human experience, it is common to confront some discomfort. While our inner fringe is certainly a place of growth, it is up to you to use your discernment in terms of how far to push, when to pull back, and when to pause.

As facilitators of this training, it is not within our scope of practice to act as a therapist or to provide mental health advice. We are here to support within our capacity as faculty - and we also feel it’s important for all of us as students and teachers to lean into the beautiful responsibility of resourcing and tending to our unique needs on this journey of exploration.

This foundational course includes modules on:

Learning to be present with yourself and to abide in that which is steady and comfortable does not allow space for self-judgment. When you live this way, you are practicing yoga: you are living fully.

"Thank you for making this training available online - all the way through! Due to my job, I'd be unable to take a leave and take part in any training that is only in person. See you in the next training!"

"Grateful for all the lessons we've learned, for all the laughs we had! Loved the study groups with Jacq! That time of the week was always so great to see where we were at with our personal practice and teaching skills. And those dharma talks, uhh that was hard for me but I loved it! Speaking in public and in a language that is not my native language felt challenging the first times. Much love! Sat Nam!"

“I truly believe the schooling that you’ve created is one of a kind. It’s hard for me to imagine that I could have a similar experience in any YTT in the states. You both did a phenomenal job honoring the roots of yoga and India. You all are my inspirations in life, and I hope one day that I can spread the word of yoga as respectfully, eloquently and expansively as you all did. Thank you for this experience and gift!!”

"I don't think a better yoga teacher training exists! Jacq + Cole are so present with all of their students. Even virtually I felt the experience was so potent, organized, and inspiring. Jacq + Cole come very prepared for each session, offer more resources than you can imagine, and are super supportive throughout the whole journey. They also do a good job of creating a connected vibe in the group, I felt bonded to everyone by the end and we never even met in person! Whether you are thinking of making the investment for personal reasons, to explore or deepen your own yoga practice, or because you want to become a yoga instructor, you cannot go wrong with this training. It was one of the best investments I have ever made and I would do it all over again if I could!"
– CHLOE
"Thank you both so so so much it was an incredible journey to share with you. I am forever grateful to have been a part of this course, and so impressed with the course you have designed, very professional and you made us do the work haha I thought I was back at uni for a second there. Which means I felt I was truly learning along the way, and I could identify my developments along the way too. I feel I got to know everyone in the class so well and some of us are keeping in contact. There is only so much that can be done in the time we had and its not a light topic, I loved all of the signature methods you delivered like Tara Brach, these are totally why I love you in the first place, thank you for sharing those gems. I am so keen to do more."
