Through our own years of study and varied backgrounds of practice and life, we offer you an integrative and accessible approach to the art of living your yoga. We are honored to be your guides through this work and plan to go in exploring right beside you. We aspire to help you make this practice personal and uncover your authentic voice and teaching style because
we don’t want you to teach like us, we want you to teach like you!

Diversity is appreciated!
We will have between 18-22 people in our cohort! Our training facility is spacious, (including 3 yoga shalas), so we will have plenty of space to spread out yet still be cozy and connected.
