The Mindfulish method is intentionally designed to help students find freedom in their bodies and cultivate mindfulness in their breath and thoughts. Learn to customize and think outside the box without overcomplicating things. We build on foundational knowledge, encouraging you to move beyond basic architecture and get your creative juices flowing. Infusing the movement with heartfelt, real world, philosophy & musings is what sets the practice apart from any other movement practice. You’ll learn how to offer the mind meaningful contemplation that is then brought to life through movement, breathwork, mudras, chanting, and more In our 300hr training, we have more space to bring these details to life, adding just enough to be effective leaves students with a felt sense of the teachings they’ll take with them off the mat & into the world.
Grow an idea from a tiny seed into fruition with our guided personal vision project. Start anywhere you’d like & dream big! We’ll offer step by step guidance on how to get from idea to real life offering. Each student will have a 1:1 session with one of our teachers for personal mentorship on their project.
