What is mentorship?

These intimate group sessions serve as a sort of yoga think tank as we support each other on our journeys to create and express our offerings into the world.

Jacq and Cole come from diverse backgrounds of studio management, international retreat facilitation, YouTube and other online teaching, to structuring comprehensive trainings. They are here to help you level up as a yoga and wellness entrepreneur so you can thrive in your passion and help your communities as well.

This course is for yoga teachers new and experienced, committed to expanding their comfort zone through authentic practice and teaching. A Mentorship can provide you personalized support to integrate information after a training, get support on creating your vision, or reinvigorating existing offerings.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Our sessions are a mix of discussion, self-inquiry, lecture, feedback, and guided exercises. We begin each class with a personal check-in to address your specific teaching blocks and areas of focus. You will leave with homework and receive thoughtful, individual feedback on all of your assignments. Our time together works to cultivate inspiration and growth, resulting in tangible changes in your teaching and personal practice.

You must show up live for this mentorship — make up sessions are not included in tuition.

You must complete all sessions to receive your certificate or CE credits.

This small-group mentorship is by application to ensure that we are all a good fit.

Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable. Payment is due in full before our course begins.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than 90 days out: the deposit is kept + additional payments returned. Cancellations 30-90 days out: 50% of tuition is returnable. The other 50% is forfeited. Cancellations less than 30 days out: 100% of tuition is forfeited.
