Mapping the Living Landscape

How do we learn to navigate the body’s living terrain?  A map is only useful if it helps us navigate so the first 4 days are devoted to direct experience. We’ll slow down enough to notice the ever shifting of sensation, emotion, and memory, discovering the many pathways into our own interior.

We’ll develop a richer vocabulary for the texture of our experience, a greater capacity to notice subtle shifts, and a deeper trust in the intelligence already present within the body.

Like any meaningful map, this one is never complete. It is living, responsive, and continually unfolding therefore we stay current and curious to our inner sensorial laboratory..

From Experience to Offering

How do we translate our own embodied inquiry into meaningful experiences for others? Our final day will turn toward facilitation and sharing.  Together, we’ll explore ways to weave what you’ve discovered into movement classes, personal practice, and the many relationships that shape your life.

As we cultivate a deeper capacity to listen, respond, and remain in relationship with our own experience, we inevitably influence the way we hold space for others—whether they’re students, clients, loved ones, or strangers.

Methods of exploration

Who This Is For

Whether you’re working toward your 300-hour certification with The Mindfulish School or simply longing to deepen your own practice or the way you guide others, this training offers a deeply experiential and immersive opportunity.

You don’t need to be a teacher to take this training. Whatever your offering—teaching, parenting, coaching, partnership, or simply the way you move through the world—it will strengthen your capacity to meet yourself and others with greater presence, discernment, and care.

“Anatomy is the geography of our inner terrain. Embodiment is walking that landscape barefoot.”

– Andrea Olsen

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to have completed 200hr training to take this course?

No. Very dedicated students are welcome to join. Please send us an email for more info!

What kind of workload can I expect?

Outside of our scheduled live zoom sessions and recorded lectures, you can expect to spend 2-5 hours per module on your homework. You will be busy AND we’ve structured our curriculum in a way to also make space for life.

How much of the training is pre-recorded vs live on zoom?

Each module will vary slightly, but more than half of the training is always live. Being live together is extremely valuable and we utilize this format as much as possible. We know that everyone learns differently, so we aim to deliver our content and integration in varied ways.

What are the graduation requirements?

To complete the course with your 300hr certificate, you must complete all required hours including lecture, homework, group work, and recorded lectures.

Can I just take certain modules?
Sure! If you aren’t ready to sign up for the full course, you are welcome to join only the units that interest you for personal development. You will still be eligible for your 300hr certificate if you choose to complete all hours even at your own pace. They do not have to be done concurrently.
What is the attendance policy?

You are responsible for attending all the live classes you are able to, but we know life is still happening outside of training and you’ll have space to make up hours you have missed. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to miss a session so that we can plan accordingly. You have 2 weeks after the course to complete any missing assignments and hours.

Do you have payment plans?

Absolutely! It is important that our training is accessible to as many folks as possible. Please reach out to us to arrange a payment plan that works for you.

Do you have scholarships?
We want to make our training as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you want to attend, but cost is a real barrier, or you are experiencing disadvantage or hardship, you can apply for a scholarship. Our scholarships are for those in underserved, under-resourced, and underrepresented communities or situations, BIPOC, LBGTQ+, and those in early recovery or needing support in their recovery journey.
